Accu/Line™ - Methanol Injection

Precise methanol injection for hydrate prevention and pipeline flow assurance

The Welker Accu/Line™ Methanol Injection System is a turnkey chemical injection system designed to prevent hydrate formation and lower the freeze point in natural gas pipelines. Built for upstream pressure cuts, transmission and distribution pipelines, and onshore or offshore operations, the Accu/Line™ Methanol Injection System delivers continuous proportional-to-flow methanol injection as operating conditions change. With an intuitive touch screen controller, Modbus or Ethernet remote communication, redundant self-priming pumps, automatic failover, audit trail logging, and optional solar power, the system helps safeguard pipeline integrity, flow efficiency, and uninterrupted natural gas transport.

Where to Use
Upstream of a Pressure Cut Protects pipelines by helping prevent hydrate formation in areas prone to pressure drops.
Transmission and Distribution Pipelines Supports pipeline flow assurance across natural gas networks.
Onshore and Offshore Operations Provides methanol injection for pipeline integrity in a range of operating environments.

Intuitive Touch Screen Controller

Automatically adjusts injection rate in response to changing flow conditions, ensuring optimal methanol distribution.

Remote Monitoring and Communication

Utilizes Modbus or Ethernet protocols for seamless integration with existing systems, facilitating off-site monitoring and troubleshooting.

Redundant Self-Priming Pumps

Equipped with dual pumps featuring automatic failover to maintain continuous operation and prevent costly downtime.

Comprehensive Audit Trail

Logs time- and date-stamped historical records, including alarms, backed up to a microSD card for accurate reporting and planning.

Proportional-to-Flow Injection

Delivers consistent methanol injection aligned with pipeline flow.
