Fixed-insertion isokinetic sampling for small main lines, bypass lines, and LACT units
The Welker inFlow™ Fixed Crude Oil Sampler is a fixed-insertion liquid hydrocarbon sampler designed for bypass or main line isokinetic composite sampling of crude oil, condensate, and other liquid hydrocarbons. Sized for 2–4 inch sample lines, small main lines, separator outlets, and Lease Automatic Custody Transfer, or LACT units, the inFlow™ Fixed reaches the center one-third of the pipeline to support representative sample collection via a Welker pipe spool. With fixed or adjustable positive displacement collection heads, a double-acting piston motor, Welker Volume Eliminator, inline relief, optional static mixer, optional sand reliefs, and optional Welker Purge Tube, this compact crude oil sampler helps improve sample accuracy for truck loading, rail car loading, and liquid hydrocarbon transfer applications.
Small Line Liquid Hydrocarbon Sampling
Bypass or main line isokinetic composite sampling of crude oil, condensate, and other liquid hydrocarbons on 2–4 inch lines.
Separator Outlet Sampling
Designed for representative sampling downstream of a separator where compact fixed insertion is preferred.
LACT Unit Sampling
Supports crude oil sampling on Lease Automatic Custody Transfer units for truck and rail car loading and unloading.

Double-Acting Piston Motor
Provides the power needed to sample high-viscosity crude oil and liquid hydrocarbons.
Fixed Insertion
Reaches the center one-third of small main lines or bypass lines for representative isokinetic sample collection.
Fixed or Adjustable Volume Positive Displacement Collection Heads
Captures and fully pushes sample grabs to the container, with adjustable options for larger grabs on smaller volume batches.
Welker Volume Eliminator
Minimizes sample retention and helps keep residual product inside the sampler to a minimum.
Collection Head With Inline Relief
Helps prevent collected samples from flowing back into the pipeline if pipeline pressure drops.
Optional Static Mixer
Improves sample accuracy on LACT units and can provide an integrated static mixer so a homogeneous product stream reaches the sampler.
Optional Sand Reliefs
Supports sampling of products containing BS&W while helping reduce additional wear.
Optional Welker Purge Tube
Purges trapped liquid from the collection head to the sample container to support a complete composite sample and reduce batch cross-contamination.
