About the Role
This role includes both technical and commercial responsibilities, encompassing sales strategy development, client relationship management, service delivery, and technical support. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of odorization technology, strong engineering skills, and a proven track record in sales and customer service within the industrial or utility sectors.
Responsibilities
- Lead system design and implementation of natural gas odorization and chemical injection systems, ensuring compliance with relevant industry standards and safety regulations.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth within the Indian market.
- Identify new business opportunities and market segments to expand Welker's presence across India and the region.
- Prepare and deliver compelling technical sales presentations to prospective clients, clearly articulating product value and engineering solutions.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer preferences to inform strategy and product positioning.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, pipeline activity, and market conditions to leadership.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns tailored to the Indian market.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, delivering excellent service and technical support throughout the project lifecycle.
