inLoop™ ACE

Where to Use

Bypass composite sampling of light and medium crude oil and refined hydrocarbons

      • High-speed sampling for short sample batches
      • Sample lines up to 1”

Isokinetic Bypass Crude Oil Sampler

The ideal sampler for bypass sampling systems, the Welker inLoop™ ACE Crude Oil Sampler collects repeatable representative samples of light and medium crude oil and refined hydrocarbons.

No Restrictions

Quality Sample Grabs

Collect representative samples with the inLoop™ ACE. The large bore in the body of this inline sampler does not restrict the flow rate of product through the fast loop, thus ensuring the collection of isokinetic samples. Add the purge option to further improve sample representativeness by reducing the risk of cross‑contamination between sample batches.

Outer Limits

External Sample Volume Adjustment

With an externally adjustable sample volume, the inLoop™ ACE can be easily set from 0.5–5 cc to suit your sampling requirements. This larger range of sample volumes means the sampler does not have to be operated as fast as similar samplers, which in turn prevents wear and tear.

The Need for Speed

High-Speed Capable

The size of the actuation ports improves the flow of hydraulics or pneumatics, allowing for high-speed sampling for short batches. Depending on product viscosity and operating pressure, the inLoop™ ACE is capable of collecting up to 30 sample grabs per minute.

Out With the Old, in With the New

Upgrade to Welker

Customizable process connections enable the inLoop™ ACE to easily fit in an existing installation as part of a retrofit or be the centerpiece of a new system.
