How Blend Composite Sampling Works

The inFlow™ Lite pump is the heart of the composite sampling system. Engineered to create a compact, isokinetic fast loop, it continually extracts representative volumes of liquid hydrocarbon blends directly from the pipeline. inLoop™ RFP
Spot Sample
For precision spot sampling — capturing discrete grabs from the head, middle, or tail of the batch — the inLoop™ RFP bypass sampler delivers consistent, proportional samples. It integrates seamlessly with the composite system and is ideal for custody transfer verification or regulatory sampling points.
Draw-Off Panel
A dedicated draw-off panel allows field operators to conveniently extract spot samples (head, middle, tail) or access specific sampling points without interrupting the composite loop. This flexibility supports quality checks as well as process audits.

LS-14 Composite Container

Designed for safe, pipeline-condition sample collection and transport, the CP-2 maintains pressure and prevents phase change prior to analysis.
Boston Round Bottles
For discrete spot samples captured through the draw-off panel, Boston Round bottles are available as atmospheric containers. These amber glass bottles are commonly used for head, middle, and tail spot samples destined for laboratory testing.
